Shipping / Delivery Policy


Free Shipping:

To qualify for the free shipping promotion, the ship-to address must be located within the contiguous United States. Free shipping only applies to orders that spend $34.99 or more (excluding any taxes or fees). The shipping service and speed for free shipping is at the sole discretion of Santa's Bags.


Shipping:

In most cases, orders placed before 12:00 PM MST will be shipped out by the end of the next business day. Shipping charges are based on size, weight, and delivery address. We do our best to package items to ship at the lowest rates. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and custom fees.


Special Holiday Hours:

Even hardworking elves enjoy a small break during the holidays — Please know that every order is shipped as quickly as possible even during the holiday season. For specific holiday hours please see the below list.

Memorial Day:
We will not be fulfilling orders on May 29, 2023
All orders placed during this time frame will be shipped May 30, 2023

Independence Day:
We will not be fulfilling orders on July 4, 2023
All orders placed during this time frame will be shipped July 5, 2023

Pioneer Day:
We will not be fulfilling orders on July 24, 2023
All orders placed during this time frame will be shipped July 25, 2023

Labor Day:
We will not be fulfilling orders on Sept 4, 2023
All orders placed during this time frame will be shipped Sept 5, 2023

Thanksgiving:
We will not be fulfilling orders on November 23 - November 24, 2023
All orders placed during this time frame will be shipped November 27, 2023

Christmas:
We will not be fulfilling orders on December 25 - December 26, 2023
All orders placed during this time frame will be shipped December 27, 2023

New Years:
We will not be fulfilling orders on January 1, 2024
All orders placed during this time frame will be shipped January 2, 2024

Returns & Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at Santa's Bags.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns:

We stand by our quality. If we cannot help you resolve an issue, you may return your item(s) within 30 calendar days for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.


Refunds:

Returns are inspected within 3 business days after we receive the item(s) back to us. Once inspected, we can accept the return.

After the return has been accepted, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, which can take between 3-5 business days, depending on your bank/payment method’s internal policies.

You will be notified when your refund has been processed, via the email address associated with your order.


Shipping:

All returns must be initiated on our Return Portal to receive your free return shipping label and instructions.

All returns MUST use the return shipping label and RMA number provided by us.

Returns must have the RMA number and order receipt placed inside the box.

If the box has not been opened, you may attach an envelope to the box containing the RMA number and order receipt (CAUTION: Be sure to attach the envelope extremely well, as this is the only way we have of knowing who the return is from. If it falls off, we will not know who to issue the refund to, and will be unable to issue a refund).


Items Purchased at Another Store or Online Shop:

If you purchased our products from another store or online shop, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return these items to us, as we do not have your original payment and therefore have no way of issuing a refund.






Warranty Policy


Warranty:

All items are backed up with a 1-year workmanship and performance warranty. Please contact us at support@santasbags.com to address any warranty issues. All mini light strands must have all labels attached to qualify for the 1-year warranty. Proof of purchase required to qualify for the 1-year warranty.


Defective Merchandise:

Santa's Bags guarantees against manufacturer defects. Any product that complies with our warranty policy may be returned for in-house credit or replacement product, only after the discretion and authorization from a Santa's Bags representative. Santa's Bags assumes no responsibility in any event for payment or incidental consequential damages, including, without limitation, costs relating to removal, installation or reinstallation of the products, or damages for personal injury or property.

Some products may present possible shock or fire hazard if not installed properly. This warranty is void if the product is altered or installed in violation to local codes and National Electrical Code. For more information on warranty product please contact support@santasbags.com


Discount Policy:

Additional discounts may not be added after the order has been placed. Returns will not be accepted when in relation to receiving additional discounts including, but not limited to, coupons obtained after the original purchase was made.
