Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed today will in most cases be shipped out by the end of the next business day. Shipping charges are based on size, weight, and delivery address. We do our best to package items to ship at the lowest rates. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and custom fees.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell any personal information to anyone outside our organization. Personal information is only required for the purchasing of materials from our online store. All other personal information is optional and is willfully sent by the user. Information containing no personally identifiable data will be used by us and certain contracted third parties. Such information includes, but is not limited to, use of cookies, web beacons, and/or other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous statistics on our web site visitors. No personally identifiable data is collected by or transmitted to third parties. Information is used for reporting web traffic, statistics, advertisement ‘click-throughs’, and/or other activities on our site. This data will help us improve the quality of our site and make it more user friendly to visitors.

Returns and replacements:

Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Please do not write on the product or the product packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns with the exception of defective merchandise or order discrepancies. Return Authorization number must be obtained before returning products and needs to be visible on the outside of the return packaging. Defective merchandise:

Village Lighting guarantees against manufacturer defects. Any product that complies with our warrantee policy may be returned for in house credit or replacement product, only after the discretion and authorization from a Village Lighting representative. Village Lighting assumes no responsibility in any event for payment or incidental consequential damages, including, without limitation, costs relating to removal, installation or reinstallation of the products, or damages for personal injury or property.

These products may present possible shock or fire hazard if not installed properly. This warranty is void if product is altered or installed in violation to local codes and National Electrical Code. For more information on warrantee product please contact Info@villagelighting.com

Order discrepancies:

If there is a discrepancy with your order we will quickly resolve the issue and get you the products you need. If products need to be returned to us we will issue a Returns Authorization and provide a UPS Returns Label.

Warranty:

All items are backed up with a 1-year workmanship and performance warranty. Please contact us at info@villagelighting.com to address any warranty issues. All mini light strands must have all labels attached to qualify for the 1-year warranty.

Even hardworking elves enjoy a small break during the holidays — Please know that every order is shipped as quickly as possible even during the holiday season. For specific holiday hours please see the below list.

Thanksgiving:
We will not be fulfilling orders on November 23 - 26, 2017
All orders placed during this time frame will be shipped the following Monday, November 27, 2017

Christmas:
We will not be fulfilling orders on December 25 - 26, 2017
All orders placed during this time frame will be shipped the following Wednesday, December 27, 2017

New Years:
We will not be fulfilling orders on January 1, 2018
All orders placed during this time frame will be shipped the following Tuesday, January 2, 2018
